Breakfast: Special K with skimmed milk
Lunch: Ham sandwich with tomatoes
Dinner: 100g stir fry pork (3g of fat), shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, sliced mange tout, sliced carrot, sliced red pepper, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, pineapples chunks and sliced baby leeks.
Served with noodles (leeks mixed into the noodles). Ideally would add bean sprouts but forgot to buy them. Argh.
Sauce that the meat and veg cooked in: honey, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sliced ginger and garlic, fish sauce.
Later on I had a feast for dessert. Waitrose chocolate frozen yogurt, couple of spoonfuls of fruit cocktail and 2 fan wafers. My mum and dad had profiteroles. I think mine was best.
A pretty good day – nothing too risky and generally I feel better than yesterday I think.
Not a Haribo in sight.
