What I Ate Today…Thursday 29 November 2012

Breakfast was a bowl of frosted shreddies and some toast with apricot jam. Decaf tea and skimmed milk.

Later on I had a couple of apples.

Dinner was salmon cooked in foil with tomato and onion. With a baked potato, mixed Mediterranean veg and peas. With a soy and honey sauce over the salmon. Chocolate frozen yogurt afterwards.

Snacks: bananas, weight watchers fruit crumble biscuit and muller light yogurt.
